Our three month short-term Suite leases continue month-to-month, fitting perfectly into the semester for independent students who wish to live on their own. They are also ideal for students who fly in from other parts of the country and for international students who arrive with only a few suitcases. They are so convenient that some students prefer to continue to rent our suites for the rest of their time at area colleges, but they can be rented for only one semester as well. Just walk in, turn on the TV, open your laptop, and connect to the internet. It's all ready for you to use the moment you arrive. The All-Inclusive Studio Suites are non-smoking. If needed, students in these suites can even borrow bedsheets, a pillow, and a blanket for up to a week, giving them some time to purchase their own.
