Private All-Inclusive Studio Suites

Furnished Private Apartments
For HCCC students who want to live in their very own apartment quietly & peacefully, and NOT in traditional dorms or student housing.

While our Private 1-Bedroom Apartments are great for students who are able to bring larger things like a TV and then get their own cable and internet service, some students cannot or simply don't want to bother with that. For these students we offer our large Corporate Suites as Private All-Inclusive Studio Apartment Suites, which include a television with built-in DVD player, 70+ channel cable with HBO, and high-speed wireless internet access at no extra charge. With these suites there is no need to get hooked up with anything, as it's all there. The only extra service you would need is a cellphone (we recommend Verizon Wireless, as it gets the best signal in our area).

Our suites are perfect for students who fly in from other parts of the country, or for international students. They are quite large and include a queensize bed, microwave-refrigerator-sink kitchenette, private bathroom, living area with loveseat and coffee table, and breakfast dinette with two chairs. There is also a large work desk with drawers and dresser, and of course lamps and even a radio alarm clock. Individual heat and air conditioning are also included in the suites. Students who rent a Corporate Suite are even able to use the Suite's existing sheets, a pillow, and blanket if they need to for up to a week until they are able to purchase their own set.

    Please remember that these are actually Corporate Suites. Just as with our residential apartments, we don't allow parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior. See our Rules & Regulations Page. The first month's rent plus a one month's security deposit are required to move in.
