This exclusive luxury 3-bedroom apartment is perfect for independent students who want all the amenities of a really nice home, yet still wish to live on their own. With the large private bedrooms (each with its own private bath) you will essentially have your own private suite. Yet if you wish to use the deluxe kitchen, luxury dining room and elegant living room, it's your apartment to do so. A deluxe private laundry is in the apartment. This is your private laundry and is not to be shared with other apartments in the property. In addition to your own private bathroom, each of the three private bedrooms also includes a fullsize bed, desk, chair, dresser, nightstand, lamps, closet, and 70 channel cable hookup. Of course, 70 channel cable is also set up in the living room.

About Financial Aid: Sorry, we don't participate in financial aid. If you are eligible for financial aid, you will be glad to know that even though you have already paid for this apartment, the college will send the housing portion directly to you with the check made out to your name when the financial aid checks are disbursed.
